Baked Mushroom Rice

Set oven at 400o

In a large bowl, combine:

      2 cups uncooked white rice
      1 teaspoon dried parsley
      1 teaspoon dried oregano
      1 can cream of mushroom soup
      1 cup vegetable broth
      1/4 cup butter, melted
      1/2 cup chopped onion
      1/4 cup fresh chopped mushrooms
      Salt and pepper to taste

Place into a baking dish. Cover.
Bake for 35-40 minutes or until rice is tender.
