Crab Spread

Boil, in a big saucepan, until dissolved:
 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
 1 cup water

Turn off the heat/fire. Add:
 1 can cream of celery or mushroom soup

Add and mix with electric mixer:
 1 - 8 oz. package cream cheese

Add to mixture:
 6 green onions, finely chopped
 3 stalks of celery, finely chopped
 2 cans of crab meat

Put into a serving bowl, cover and refrigerate overnight.

Serve on small slices of rye bread.
