Crock Pot Lasagna

Set aside
 15 ounces ricotta cheese
 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
 8 lasagna noodles, uncooked
 1/3 cup water

Brown and drain
 1-1/2 lbs. ground beef or ground turkey
 1 small onion, chopped (optional)

Add to the browned meat
 1 teaspoon oregano or italian seasoning
 1 (28 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce, any flavor
 1 (14 ounce) can tomato sauce
 1 small can sliced mushroom (optional)

Place a layer of the meat sauce in the bottom of the crock pot and add the 1/3 Cup of water.

Place a layer of uncooked lasagna noodles onto the sauce (break them to fit).

Add a layer of ricotta cheese, then mozzarella cheese.

Continue layering until you run out of room in the pot, or ingredients.

Top with mozzarella cheese.

Cover and cook on high for 1 hour (until it starts to boil), then on low for 4-5 hours.
