Peach Salsa over Grilled Chicken

Mix together and refrigerate until serving:
 6 large fresh peaches
     (peeled, pitted and diced)
 2/3 cup orange marmalade
 1/4 cup sliced green oinions
 3 Tablespoons cider vinegar
 1 ounce crystallized ginger, diced
 2 teaspoons white sugar

Barbecue or grill:
 chicken pieces

Place a generous portion of the peach salsa over the cooked chicken pieces.
