Vanilla Pudding Mix - Cooked Variety

Combine all ingredients together:

 2 2/3 Cups Sugar
 3 1/3 Cups Powdered Milk
 2 Cups Cornstarch
 2 teaspoons salt

Ratio: 1 Cup of mix equals one 6-serving package.

Combine the ingredients shown below in saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stir constantly until thick. Cool, then refrigerate.

1 Cup Pudding Mix (above)
2 Cups Milk
1 Egg beaten
1 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
1 Tablespoon Margarine or Butter (optional)

Store the dry mix in an airtight container.
