Red Beans and Rice

Place all ingredients into a pot.
Bring to a boil.
Simmer for at least 20 minutes.

 2 cans pinto beans (Do NOT drain!)
 4 Tablespoons soy sauce
 2 teaspoons basil
 1 teaspoon cumin
 ½ teaspoon oregano
 2 cloves garlic, crushed
 4 ripe tomatoes, cut up
 2 Tablespoons olive oil

Prepare rice while the beans simmer.
Server with hot rice.
This recipe is better the next day!

Note:
You can add items such as sliced sausages, bacon, strips of beef, etc. to the simmering beans.
