Salmon Patty Burgers

Mix all of the ingredients together, form into 4 patties.
 1 can of salmon, drained
 12 saltine crackers, crumbled
 2 eggs
 1/2 cup onion, chopped finely
 1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped finely

Make 4 patties. Fry in a skillet on medium heat , use a little olive oil to prevent sticking.

Serve on grilled potato-hamburger buns, lettuce, sliced onions, tomatoes, tartar sauce, and a wedge of lemon.
