Sauteed Asparagus w/ Garlic

Heat a heavy skillet, add:
 1 tablespoon olive oil

Add and saute:
 1 pound clean, dried, asparagus
 1 tablespoon minced garlic

When most sides of asparagus have browned, add:
 1/4 cup water

Cover and steam for 5 minutes

Serve hot with the lunch or dinner main course.
