Combine all ingredients together:
2 Cups crushed Corn Flakes
2 Tablespoon Flour
2 teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoon Sugar
2 teaspoon Dried Parsley
1 teaspoon Paprika
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Onion Powder
1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
1 teaspoon Celery Salt
Ratio: 1/4 Cup equals one prepared package.
Place 1/4 Cup of the dry mix into a plastic bag. Add one piece of chicken or pork at a time. Shake until meat is coated.
Bake for 45 minutes at 375 degrees, or until done.
Store the dry mix in an airtight container.
