Stove Top Stuffing Mix

Combine all ingredients together:

 6 Cups cubed Dried Bread*
 3 teaspoons Chicken or Beef Bouillon Granules
 1/4 Cup Dried Minced Onions
 1/4 Cup Dried Minced Celery
 1 teaspoon Thyme
 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
 1/2 teaspoon Sage
 1/2 teaspoon Salt

Ratio: 2 Cups mix equals one prepared package.

*Dried Bread - Bake cubed bread pieces for 8 - 10 minutes (or until dry) in a 350 degree oven.

To Prepare: Bring to a boil:
  1/2 Cup Water,
  2 Tablespoons Butter.
  Add 2 Cups of the dry mix.
  Stir, remove from heat, cover for 5 minutes.

Store the dry mix in an airtight container.
